Individual and Group options available for EMDR Therapists seeking certification and/or case consultation.
Consultation is offered to those EMDR therapists who have completed their Basic Training (parts 1 and 2) AND their 10 hours of Basic Training Consultation and are seeking EMDR Therapy Certification. The focus of consultation is on the Standard Protocol and the goals are to increase your ability, competence and confidence in utilizing the Standard Protocol and recognizing the need for specialized protocols when clinically indicated.
5 Benefits of EMDR Consultation:
Deepen your understanding of EMDR therapy as it “comes alive” through Consultation
Truly understand EMDR therapy as Francine Shapiro called it: an “Integrative Model”
Increase your skill level utilizing EMDR therapy with differing populations and diagnoses
Begin to conceptualize, assess, treatment plan, and practice from a completely AIP perspective
Increase your confidence level
When Experience Matters
Dialectical Behavior Therapy Consultation
Individual and Organizational options available for DBT consultation.
Consultation is offered to individuals and/or organizations seeking to develop and implement DBT programs. Consult with someone who has down to earth experience with setting up programs.
Consultation provides real time practical support for your organization’s DBT journey:
Create and implement a unique plan tailor made to fit your organization’s needs
Learn how to support your multi-disciplinary group on their DBT journey
Identify the resources you will need and how to harness resources you already have
Learn how to include and value every member of the consultation team
Improve patient/client outcomes
Please note: Consultation is NOT supervision. Consultation consists of feedback and advise sought and/or contracted for. Such feedback can either be utilized and/or rejected by the Consultee. The choice of what to do with the advice is the consultee’s. The consultant is not legally responsible for the consultee’s direct actions. A supervisor actively and consistently directs a supervisee’s actions and is legally responsible for such.
